tqbed Terms & Conditions — Platform Use Agreement for Bangladesh Players

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the tqbed platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, promotions, and payment transactions. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Important Notice: By accessing, registering an account on, or using any service provided through the tqbed platform at tqbed.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the tqbed platform and close your account. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the registered player) and tqbed (the platform operator). tqbed reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following notification of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered tqbed account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonus funds pending investigation.

Clause 1

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and tqbed ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at tqbed.net. By completing the account registration process, by making a deposit, or by using any feature of the tqbed platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without qualification or reservation.

tqbed reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or through a prominent notice displayed on the tqbed platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes, except where immediate implementation is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Your continued use of the tqbed platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Clause 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

The tqbed platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By registering an account, you expressly declare and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. tqbed takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously and implements both technical and procedural controls to enforce this restriction.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to register and maintain a tqbed account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout the period your account remains active:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
  • You are accessing and using the platform in a personal capacity for recreational entertainment purposes only.
  • You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party in connection with any activity on tqbed.
  • You have not previously been excluded or banned from the tqbed platform.
  • You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of tqbed or any of its affiliated game providers.
  • Your participation in online gaming and sports betting does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction of residence.

Age Verification

tqbed reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documents for age verification include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. In the event that a player fails to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the period specified by tqbed's support team, tqbed reserves the right to restrict or close the account and withhold any associated funds pending resolution of the verification process.

Any account found to have been registered by, or operated by, a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method. Any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in their entirety. tqbed will report any confirmed case of underage gambling to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

18+ Only — No Exceptions: tqbed operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Clause 3

Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of services available on the tqbed platform, including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses, you are required to register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. tqbed will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify tqbed's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

tqbed operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to protect players, prevent fraud, and comply with anti-money laundering obligations. As part of the KYC process, tqbed may request the following documents from any registered player at any time:

  • Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
  • Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current residential address in Bangladesh, dated within the past three months.
  • Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits, demonstrating that the payment method is registered in your own name.

Withdrawals above ৳10,000 require completed KYC verification before processing. tqbed reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal request from an account that has not completed KYC verification. The KYC process is a standard industry requirement designed to protect players and the integrity of the platform.

One Account Per Household

tqbed permits only one account per individual and, as a general rule, only one account per household IP address. If tqbed identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual, device, IP address, or payment method, tqbed reserves the right to close the duplicate accounts and, in cases where duplicate accounts have been used to abuse bonuses or promotions, to forfeit all associated bonus funds and winnings derived from those bonuses.

Clause 4

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

tqbed supports a range of payment methods tailored to the needs of players in Bangladesh. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method that is registered in the account holder's own name. tqbed does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, third-party payment methods under any circumstances.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳100, minimum withdrawal ৳200.
  • Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladesh commercial banks — minimum deposit ৳500, minimum withdrawal ৳500.
  • Card Payments: Visa and Mastercard issued by Bangladesh-based banks — minimum deposit ৳500.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are credited to the player's tqbed account balance within sixty (60) seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take between fifteen (15) minutes and two (2) hours depending on the processing schedules of the issuing bank. tqbed does not charge platform-side fees on deposits; however, players should be aware that their mobile financial service provider or bank may apply transaction fees on their end.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within fifteen (15) minutes to four (4) hours for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals during standard operating hours (06:00–23:00 BST). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. tqbed reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may result in processing times beyond those stated above. Players must ensure their payment details are accurate; tqbed will not be liable for delays or failures arising from incorrect payment information provided by the player.

Currency

All transactions on the tqbed platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). tqbed does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the player's payment provider.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy: tqbed maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. tqbed reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds for any deposit above ৳50,000 or any series of deposits that tqbed's systems flag as potentially suspicious. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in account restriction and reporting to appropriate authorities.

Clause 5

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

tqbed offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin awards, and seasonal promotions aligned with key Bangladesh calendar events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL tournament season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of offer.

General Bonus Conditions

  • Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only.
  • Each promotion specifies its own minimum qualifying deposit amount, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period. These specific terms take precedence over any general guidance in this clause.
  • Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal is permitted).
  • Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while certain table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the individual promotion terms.
  • tqbed reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, or wagering patterns inconsistent with legitimate recreational play.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside the applicable withdrawal process.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses issued by tqbed carry an expiry date by which the associated wagering requirements must be completed. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry without further notice. Players are advised to review the expiry date of any bonus before opting in and to ensure they have sufficient time to meet the applicable wagering requirements.

Clause 6

Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the tqbed platform are operated according to the rules published by the respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, JILI, Spribe, and Ezugi. In the event of any discrepancy between game provider rules and these Terms, the game provider rules shall govern in respect of the specific game outcome, while these Terms shall govern all other matters relating to the player's tqbed account.

Sports Betting Rules

tqbed's sportsbook covers cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international series), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on tqbed:

  • Bets placed on tqbed are final once confirmed. Players are advised to review their bet slip carefully before confirming any wager.
  • In the event of a match abandonment, postponement beyond 48 hours, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific settlement rules published for that sport and competition.
  • tqbed reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a manifest error in pricing, technical malfunction, or data feed error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
  • Maximum bet limits and minimum bet limits apply per market and are displayed in the betting interface at the time of wager placement.

Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, tqbed's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. Players are advised to reconnect promptly. tqbed will not be held liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side. If a disconnection occurs mid-round in a casino game, the round will typically be completed by the game engine according to the pre-determined RNG outcome, and the result will be recorded in the player's game history upon reconnection.

Clause 7

Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tqbed platform. tqbed reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to have engaged in any of the following activities, and to forfeit all funds associated with such activity:

  • Registering more than one account on the tqbed platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
  • Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
  • Using the platform for any purpose other than legitimate recreational gambling entertainment.
  • Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other artificial means to interact with the tqbed platform or to place bets.
  • Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
  • Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to manipulate game or sports outcomes.
  • Engaging in any activity that tqbed reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
  • Charging back or reversing any deposit made to tqbed through a payment provider dispute without first raising the matter directly with tqbed's support team.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing tqbed's customer support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

tqbed investigates all reported incidents of prohibited conduct thoroughly and reserves the right to share information with relevant authorities and third-party organisations where required by law or in the interests of platform integrity. Account suspension decisions made in connection with active investigations may not be reversed until the investigation is concluded.

Clause 8

Responsible Gaming Obligations

tqbed is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling among all players on its platform. As a condition of holding a tqbed account, all players agree to engage with the platform's responsible gaming tools and to use the platform in a manner consistent with recreational entertainment rather than as a means of generating income or addressing financial difficulties.

  • Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

Clause 9

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the tqbed platform — including but not limited to the tqbed brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, game integrations, promotional materials, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of tqbed or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any tqbed intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tqbed platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only, subject to your compliance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any content on the tqbed platform without tqbed's prior written consent; scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform; or reverse-engineer any software element of the tqbed platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tqbed's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the tqbed platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tqbed shall not be liable to any player for any of the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if tqbed has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
  • Loss of business, contracts, or commercial opportunities.
  • Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
  • Losses arising from interruptions in service caused by circumstances beyond tqbed's reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures, internet outages, power failures, acts of God, governmental actions, or third-party provider outages.
  • Losses arising from the player's own failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to maintain the security of account credentials.

tqbed makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the tqbed platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that their own devices, network connections, and security software are adequate for accessing the platform.

Clause 11

Amendments and Termination

tqbed reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tqbed will notify registered players via email to the address associated with their account and/or via a prominent in-platform notice. The notification will be provided no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law, regulatory requirement, or urgent platform security considerations.

Termination by the Player

You may close your tqbed account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus conditions or outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five (5) business days. Accounts subject to active investigations for prohibited conduct, fraud, or KYC non-compliance may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.

Termination by tqbed

tqbed reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; underage gambling; prolonged account inactivity (greater than 24 months with no login activity); or any other circumstance in which tqbed determines that continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity or security of the platform or to other players.

Clause 12

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tqbed operates as an online entertainment platform targeting the Bangladesh market and acknowledges the laws and regulations applicable to online gaming and digital financial services in Bangladesh.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute between you and tqbed, the following process applies:

  • Step 1 — Direct Contact: Contact tqbed's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected], setting out the nature of your dispute clearly and in detail. tqbed aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours (BST).
  • Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through direct support contact, you may escalate your complaint in writing to tqbed's formal complaints process by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". tqbed will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a final response within 14 calendar days.
  • Step 3 — Final Resolution: If you remain unsatisfied following tqbed's final response, you may seek resolution through any legal mechanism available to you under applicable law. tqbed does not waive any rights or defences it may have under applicable law by participating in the above process.

tqbed's decisions on matters of platform operation, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility that fall within tqbed's published rules and terms are final. tqbed will not revisit decisions that have been made in accordance with these Terms simply because the outcome was unfavourable to the player.
